Ways to Order
Simply go to the Shop and select your product.
Select your Design Options –
1) You have a print ready design file*
2) You would like a custom design
Select the other options allocated for your product such as card stock, style, and quantity. Leave the set number to -1- if you only want your selected quantity, and click the red Add To Cart button.
Change the set number if you wish to order additional sets of the quantity you are ordering.
If you have selected the Custom Design option, fill out the Customization Form under the Custom Design tab below the product and click the Submit button. Go to the Cart and pay for your order. We will contact you by email about your order within 8-12 hours.
You may contact us by phone to make an order.
Due to periods of high volume call-in orders, we may not be immediately available to take your order. Please leave a message with your name and phone number if you would like us to call you back. For a speedier ordering process, please know which product(s) your are interested in purchasing.
If you want to check a price, please fill out the Request-A-Quote form located under the Contact Us tab in the main navigation.
You may send us finished artwork, photos, logos or other images that you want used in your project. Images used for print must comply with printing standards of 300 – 350dpi in CMYK format. Digital and Web images must be 72 – 150dpi in RGB format.
After finishing your call-in order, we will send you an invoice via email which you may simply pay online with a valid credit or debit card.* No orders will be designed, processed, or printed without payment in full.
You will have up to three opportunities to review and revise your conceptual designs at no extra cost. Additional revisions will be billed at $10 each.
Ordering by email is as simple as selecting the product(s) wanted and filling out the Customization Form found und the Contact Us in the main navigation. We will reply to your order within 8 – 12 hours with additional questions, design options, or by sending an invoice for your order.
You may also request a price quote for a product you are interested in by filling out the Request-A-Quote form.

You may Re-Order your print products by filling out the Re-Order Form. Orders are saved for 6 months. You will have the option to revise information on your product. Revisions may be subject to an additional fee, which will be shown on your invoice.
Real Brand Marketing provides professional design in both print and digital platforms to cover all of your marketing, advertising, and promotional needs. Print design services come complete with offset or digital printing and delivery to directly to your door.
Our Mobile Marketers will provide stock samples for any of our Print Products, and walk you through the design process for Branding, Digital, and Web Design for you or your company. We can complete your orders online, provide an e-invoice, or send a comprehensive proposal for all services. You may request an RBM Business Marketing Account if you make several (5 or more) orders throughout the year. Account holders receive premiere services, new products and discount offers, and may order directly via email or phone.
Account holders also have access to the Real Brand Marketing Look◊Book, which contains designs and templates not available online, and get access to completed designs on a personal Shop page for easy re-orders.
